PRICES:

All prices are F.O.B. factory in California.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

QUANTITY BREAKS:

In-between quantities will be invoiced at the lower quantity price.

TERMS:

All orders require 50% deposit with balance on C.O.D. cash, Visa/Master card or company check.  All credit card charges will subject to a 5% service charge of the total amount on the order.  Prepayment is required for all drop shipment orders.  Upon approval of credit application, net terms will only be issued to customers who meet factory established credit requirement.

TELEPHONE
ORDERS / CHANGES:

All telephone orders, re-orders, or changes to existing orders must be followed up by a signed purchase order or revision request.  It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that no error is made over the phone.  NO PRODUCTION WILL START WITHOUT A CUSTOMER SIGNED PURCHASE ORDER OR FACTORY WORK ORDER FORM.

ARTWORK:

Refer to our General Artwork Guideline for artwork preparation.  For computer generated artwork, customer must fill out our Digital File Checklist to expedite the order.  Artwork charge is $45.00 (G) per hour with a minimum charge of one hour if required.  Factory will not be responsible for any imprinting color variation and trapping problem from customer supplied film separation and digitizing tape.

ARTWORK PROOF:

No charge on first black & white proof.  Be specific in your instruction as each additional proof adds $10.00 (G).  Artwork proof will not be available without a purchase order.  PRODUCTION TIME FOR PRODUCING THE ACTUAL ORDER WILL START AFTER APPROVAL OF THE ARTWORK PROOF.

TRADEMARKS:

Factory assumes all copies and arts submitted are in full compliance with trademark laws and any licensing agreements.  A signed Artwork Release Form may be required from customer prior to production.  Customer holds factory harmless for any and all claim costs resulting from anything produced for the customer.

PRODUCTS COLOR AND SIZE:

Because of the nature of the production process, all items will not always be exactly the same.  Factory has no control over the colors or sizes of products received from various manufacturers.  It therefore cannot guarantee exact color or size match.  Please be advised that the colors or sizes shown on catalogs and product sheets may vary slightly from the actual products.  These conditions are within industrial standards and accepted as commercial quality.

SET-UP CHARGES:

All orders, including reorders, require set-up charges.  Set-up charges vary by items and methods of reproduction.  Special molding charge may apply to customer supplied products for certain imprinting process.  Please consult factory for details.

COLOR MATCH:

PMS (Pantone Matching System) is a widely common use color system throughout any industry to identify colors by a specific number code.  PMS color match is available for all imprinted products; however, it is limited to embroidery thread color.  Because of the nature of printing ink, dye and material of products, we cannot guarantee exact color match.  If color match is critical, please request production sample proof.

COLOR CHANGE:

Charges apply to each additional ink change or thread change per color per design during the same production run.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE:

$45.00 (G) per design plus all artwork, set-up charges, and running charges.

PRE-PRODUCTION TIME:

3-Day Service is available for most of the process (based on 5 days working week excluding holidays).  Standard Service runs approximately 10 - 15 working days.  PRODUCTION TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE THE DAY ORDER IS RECEIVED BY FACTORY; PRODUCTION TIME WILL BEGIN AFTER APPROVAL OF CREDIT, PROOF AND THE AVAILABILITY OF STOCK.

ADDITIONAL COLOR:

Refer to individual item page for additional charges and minimum order requirement. Allow 2 extra days of producition time per color; unless otherwise specified. Registrattion within 3/32" is industry acceptable standard.

CUSTOMER
SUPPLIED PRODUCTS:

To allow for registration or other possible problems, a shipment of 5% over or under the quantity ordered must be considered as a fulfillment of the order.  Factory holds NO liability on customer supplied products with any defect or discrepancy.

RE-ORDERS:

$45.00 (G) per color per design set-up charge applies on exact repeat order within 2 years with the exception of NO re-order set-up charge to garment apparel items.  Please specify the most recent P.O. Number and/or Job Number from your previous order, along with specific item and color(s) on ALL re-orders.  To ensure exact duplication, send a previous order sample.  Must be the same item and same set-up.

UNDER MINIMUM CHARGE:

$45.00 (G) per design for orders under minimum quantity in price schedules.

OVERRUN OR UNDERRUN:

Factory will make every effort to produce your order as close as possible to the quantity desired.  To allow for registration or other possible problems, a shipment of 5% over or under the quantity ordered must be accepted as a fulfillment of the order.  Those orders stating "exact quantity only" will not be accepted.

PACKING:

All orders are packed in bulk, unless otherwise specified.  Refer to individual item page for packing information.  Please contact factory for specific packing requirement, availability and pricing information.

METHOD OF SHIPMENT:

All orders are shipped factory, California via UPS ground service, unless otherwise requested.  Please specify in-hand date and appropriate method of shipment to meet your deadline.  If method of shipment is not specified, we reserve the right to ship express air service to meet your deadline.  Factory cannot be responsible for lost or delayed orders after shipments leave our warehouse.  Insurance can be added to all shipments upon request.

DROP SHIPMENT:

No extra charge.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS:

$7.50 (G) per destination.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

$15.00 (G) plus all normal charges apply if work has already begun.

PURCHASE OF REJECTS:

Customer shall have the right to purchase products rejected for cause at a discounted rate.  As to those goods not purchased by customer, factory shall have the right to sell them as seconds; unless customer has furnished the products on which the printing has been done, in which case, customer shall have the right to the products.

CLAIMS:

Factory has met its obligation by shipping on time.  Under no circumstances will factory accept responsibility for delays or freight damages caused by the freight carrier.  Freight should be inspected upon receipt and all claims for freight damages should be filed directly with the freight carrier.  Return will not be accepted after 15 days from ship date.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS:

Must be pre-approved by factory.  Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from ship date.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY:

$25.00 service charge for all returned checks; terms may be changed to "Prepayment with a Cashier's Check or Money Order only" on all future orders.
